Our Fresh and Snap frozen Mixed reef fillets are Wild caught on the coast of Queensland. Our mix can consist of fish out of the sweetlip, snappers, bream, emperor families. We never know what we are going to get but it is always a delectable mix. Reef fillets are considered very versatile, they can be crumbed, grilled, barbequed, pan fried. Most reef fillets have white flesh and are clean tasting without the strong fishy aroma. When ordering this product if Fresh fillets are not available you will receive snap frozen fillets as the substitute. If the weight exceeds what you have ordered you will not be charged extra!
