Red Emperor Fillets

Red Emperor is one of Australia’s most highly regarded food fish. Its lovely firm white flesh, large flake and delicate flavour are all appealing, with its clean white flesh, is an impressive and attractive fish to present either whole or as a skin-on fillet. The moist flesh is suited to cooking methods such as steaming, poaching, grilling or pan frying. Whole fish can be steamed or roasted, stuffed or done with Asian flavours making a great accompaniment. These exceptional fillets are mild and sweet in flavour, non oily and extremely moist with firm large white flakes. Most fillets in there whole form have larger bones easily removed especially after baking whole. We stock fresh and snap frozen fillets and will always endeavour to fill your order with fresh fillets however if they are unavailable we will send snap frozen as the substitute. If your ordered weight is exceeded we will not charge extra.!
