Sweetlip Fillets

The eating quality of sweetlip is excellent. Sweetlip flesh is white when raw. Cooked flesh is white, fine and firm with a medium fat content. The taste ranges from sweet/mild to strong. Sweetlip is a versatile fish and can be pan fried, deep fried, barbequed, steamed and baked whole. This fish can be also added to curries, mornay, marinara but most common use crumbing and grilling. We stock snap frozen and fresh fillets and will always endeavour to fill your order with fresh fillets, however if unavailable we will send snap frozen as the substitute. If your ordered weight is exceeded we will not charge extra!
