Whole Red Emperor Has a mild, slightly sweet flavour, low oiliness and moist, firm flesh with large flakes and few bones, which are easily removed. Great table fish baked whole for Christmas, Easter and and family event. Great with the cavity stuffed and versatile to cook, either bake, barbeque wrapped in foil, and the smaller whole fish are great deep fried Asian style.
